The unincorporated association, SAGREK (SAFRAN, GRUBER, EKIERMAN), was founded as a result of the shared desire of three lawyers, with two of them also holding degrees in architecture, to create, with their team, a niche consultancy specialising in real estate law.
The association’s expertise is purposefully centred around the following areas: construction law, urban planning and environmental law, public procurement law, lease law, joint ownership, easements, shared ownership, neighbourhood disturbance, as well as administrative law related to these areas.
The lawyers that make up the association have the tools and experience needed to guide their clients in the steps preceding and following their projects, with the services listed below being just some of those they provide:
design and organisation of building projects
drafting of the various contracts related to each project
negotiations with the various project participants
monitoring of administrative procedures
creation of public or private specifications
dispute management: legal procedures and amicable settlement of conflicts (mediation, conciliation and negotiation)
The association’s aim is to fulfil the needs and protect the interests of the client while understanding their constraints and concerns.
The association has also chosen to apply a very reasonable fees policy given the highly specialised expertise of its members and their clear resolve to meet the needs of clients, whether they are individuals, public authorities or legal entity.
